Movement Info April 12th

Movement Info April 12th

We as a unit have made great strides in this fight. It is not over yet. All 5 bills were heard in the house and senate committees. Now they need to get passed in committee and go to the floor for vote. Email the committee members and urge them to pass the bill through for vote on the floor. Email your representative and your senator and tell them to support the bills. Encourage your neighbors and others in your district to also email. If you already emailed a couple months ago that is terrific, please email again and keep it fresh in their minds. The RI HPV Info pack is a great resource that you can also link in your email or print and give a copy to your representative. (The emails and contacts will be listed below)

Thursday April 14th CALL

  • Your district senator
  • Senator Miller, Chair of Health and Human Services committee for the senate. 4014618689

  • Pick 2 other members of the Health and Human services committee (or pick all of them)

Tell your senator to support bills S2295 & S2292- Tell the Chair and committee members to pass  S2292 & S2295 to the senate floor. Tell the members to read Tetyana Obukhanych PhD ‘s written statement to RI legislators and Dr Stowe’s submitted information.

CALL Senator Raptakis 4013972720 and Morgan 4017440505 to thank them for submitting the bills to reverse the HPV mandate and supporting informed consent.

Recruit as many people to participate in the calls as you can. On Facebook you can invite your friends in the event page.

I went to New Hampshire and had a great time learning from Alan Philips and Tetyana Obukhanych PhD. Alan specializes in the law in relation to vaccine rights and exemptions, and interpreting the terminology as each state is a bit different. Tetyana specializes in the immune system and exactly how it works and how does a vaccine work within your immune system. Spoiler alert, vaccines do not help your immune system the way they are portrayed to. This doesn’t mean they don’t work at all, but not the way they are portrayed. I am working on creating a packet to share with everyone from what I learned and the pictures I took etc. It was a terrific event and well worth driving up to New Hampshire to experience.

I am looking for more volunteers to include in the core group. Graphic Design, Social Media Assistance, Writer/Blogger, Fundraiser Campaign Leads. I need people willing to man a table on Thurs April 28th and Saturday April 30th. If you are interested in any of these or have ideas please contact me via changehpvmandateri@gmail.com or 4014062647.

I look forward to hearing from you and I am grateful for each and every person’s support big or small.

Bill to Reverse HPV vaccine Mandate!

Bill to Reverse HPV vaccine Mandate!

Great News  from #NOHPVmandateRI —

RI Senate has presented a bill S2292 that removes the HPV vaccine mandate.

Introduced By: Senators Raptakis, Kettle, Lombardi, Morgan, and Jabour
This bill also states that future vaccines need to be transmissible in a school environment to be mandated. Please take the moment to read this bill and contact your Senate member TODAY to support this bill. (also bill S2295 Introduced by Morgan & Kettle)

This is a great success for you and all RI citizens. However, the bill has to pass to be a victory. Three bills have been introduced this session in response to all the hard work of speaking up and speaking loud. Give yourself a pat on the back, then dig your heels in, the fight just became essential. Together we were able to get legislation written and introduced, now we have to share the information EVERYWHERE and encourage EVERYONE to participate in contacting their representatives and senators to support the bills.

Testimony and speaking up at the hearings in the state house is an important part of getting the attention of those who will do the voting to pass or oppose the bills. You may only wish to say a couple sentences or you may have an unfortunate injury from this vaccine, with a full story to tell. The personal words at the hearings make a very large impact. Want to discuss this or work with us to prepare? The phone line is open for you at 401.4062647 or email changehpvmandateri@gmail.comSign the updated petition that will be printed and presented at the hearings.

The RI HPV info Pack has information for you and that you can share with your state representative. We encourage you to read it and use it to help share information for the goal to reverse the HPV vaccine mandate.

The War Chest is building and we appreciate your help. Each $15 contribution plus three friends, then $15 each plus three friends and so on. The War Chest grows and only a small donation from each person makes that possible. We will hold legislators accountable that oppose these bills.
Make your donation now, and share with three close friends or family.

Congrats on making it this far, lets take it all the way in for the win.
Lets Do This!!
